Problem with UTF8 letters in the JSON tree, with any selected Codepages.

Hello Sir!
Thanks for best Plugin!
I found some problem with tree section in the plugin.
Any keys or values saved in utf 8 in json file always showed with Ansi Codepage.
I have may working with utf 8 files from (Greece, Russia, Bulgaria, etc), and that is problem to read.

Can you or use codepage form setting form Notepad++ or make new setting for user can setup needed codepage.

I thechecked all version, that is broken start form 2.0.1.0. :(
In 1.41 all working perfectly :)
