Shift (and probably Alt) should work on meta# layouts too

If you are on a meta key layer it should be possible to use shift for this meta layout.

This means beside the meta1 layout you should be able to define meta1-shift.

It would probably be good to make this work for alt too.

I thought about this when I first added the meta keys, but back then I decided it would require a lot of extra coding to include shift, alt and shift-alt for each meta set... I'll look at it again, maybe if I leave out the shift-alt it won't be as painful.

Ok, I figured it out... meta keys now have meta#, meta#-shift, meta#-alt and meta#alt-shift key sets available in version 1.8.9 :)
