WIP
Install a aarch64 cross-compiling toolset and then invoke GetPatchAndCompileKernel.sh.
The kernel configuration system used can be controlled with the
variable MAKE_CONFIG, like this :
MAKE_CONFIG=menuconfig bash GetPatchAndCompileKernel.sh
