Update dev to 3.14.6

Purpose: Prepare for updating dev to version 3.14.6

With this PR, we are preparing for the next update to dev.

Reasons

There was a bug introduced when updating OmnipodKit between the dev 3.14.4 and 3.14.5 versions.

• This OmnipodKit PR introduced the error (DASH pods without a native CGM heartbeat)
• This OmnipodKit PR fixed the error

This bug was identified and fixed.

I addition, I was told that my method for localization may have overwritten some user contributions. I will be looking into this and will attempt to fix my method at the same time.

Method

Collect updates to dev branch in this update_dev_to_3.14.6 branch

• When ready and approved, this PR will be merged into dev as version 3.14.6

The Details section of this PR will be updated with each commit added to this PR.
Before each commit is pushed, the build is tested locally with Xcode.

Details

• Bump version to 3.14.6
• Update OmnipodKit to the "fixed" ble-heartbeat method for Bluetooth connection
  • This version (commit b47560e) has the new fix for DASH pods where the CGM does not provide a native heartbeat
• Update Loop:
  • Increase spacing and size of main screen Liquid Glass toolbar icons (Loop PR 2504)
