feat(Command Palette): Introduce global search by gatzjames · Pull Request #7191 · Kong/insomnia

Highlights:

Adds new sections to the command palette for other requests and document and collections. These show collections and requests from other projects and organizations stored in the app.
Adds new section for switching between environments in the current workspace.
Handles ScratchPad since the user can't navigate to other workspaces
Tested with 20k+ requests
