This PR adds tag-based release automation.\n\nWhat it does:\n- Builds datapack zip on tag push (v*)\n- Publishes zip to GitHub Release\n- Uploads same zip to Modrinth\n\nRequired after merge:\n- Add repository secret MODRINTH_TOKEN
