For the Python script to run on a fresh Raspberry Pi OS Lite you need to install some things
sudo apt-get -y install vlc python3-pip
pip3 install python-vlc RPi.GPIO
omx-player sync needs to be installed for sync mode (it's here on github)
just hacking the image ?
login via ssh user pi at mp4museum.local, password mp4museum
local login: press ctrl&C to get to the console
player is started via .bashrc
change standard script or add new one and change startup
