- Redesigned the system architecture to support an expanding client base, resulting in a 34% reduction in cloud costs and a more than 63% decrease in latency.

- Redesigned high-volume webhook ingestion from an ECS-hosted server flow to an event-driven pipeline using API Gateway, AWS Lambda, SQS, ECS consumers, and Celery, improving burst resilience while reducing always-on compute overhead.
- Leveraged AI-assisted engineering workflows (Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex) to reduce development time while maintaining production-grade code quality across large-scale backend systems.
- Separated CPU-bound and I/O-bound workloads into dedicated services, reducing contention in the core application and improving scalability.
- Architected Stripe-based billing infrastructure for subscriptions, usage-based pricing, multi-tenant feature billing, and automated account suspension/cancellation flows.
- Managed database infrastructure with Aurora/RDS and RDS Proxy for connection pooling.
- Oversaw the development process and mentored junior engineers in best coding practices.
- Built and launched "Genius Reach", an AI-driven outreach system that identifies nearby buyers based on past purchases and generates hyper-personalized messages using AI agents. Integrated with GoHighLevel (GHL) for instant delivery, directly enabling faster deal closures — including 3 properties sold within 5 minutes of listing. The feature became a core revenue driver, enabling deal closures worth more than $1M within 3 months, reducing buyer response time and boosting early-stage engagement.
