… fixes - batch.py: Diataxis-aware planner that classifies content and routes to proper page types (never dumps narrative on openapi endpoint stubs), --task flag for single freeform tasks, routing/discard output fields - promote.py: auto-add redirects when retiring pages, nested group search in docs.json nav (fixes spurious top-level group creation), sibling-path fallback for group placement - rework.py: selective content preservation (carry unique content, skip spec duplicates), increased max tokens to 16384 - review.py: bumped default max iterations from 2 to 5 - run.py: --pause flag to stop after a named step for manual review - ship.py: always create fresh branch off main, extracted shared utils - util.py: new shared module (find_latest_run, git ops, stage/commit, PR) - .gitignore: ignore pipeline drafts directory
