Steps to Reproduce
Click on "Import" on any of the Hardware Lifecycle subpages.
Import or add button are not available on the menu as well compared to other official sections or plugins.
Expected Behavior
A dialog window opens to select file to import.
Import button is available on the menu.
Observed Behavior
