最新版本make无法成功cannot find package "github.com/wandoulabs/zkhelper

go1.6 默认 GO15VENDOREXPERIMENT＝1
go1.7 去掉了这个选项

所以为了兼容性，这个还得保留。

go 1.7 ,用 master 分支就没有问题。
