• No to-do. To-do is doing. Doing is done. The moment I can phrase it, I can dispatch it. Capturing and starting are the same act now. My job is review and judgment, not tracking.
• No teamwork is the best teamwork. Status meetings, FYI threads, hand-offs — overhead from a previous era. What survives: decisions made together, taste collided together, trust built together.
