Add MiMo-V2.5-ASR support to mlx-audio-swift STT.
Scope:
- detect MiMo repos in the STT CLI
- add a native
MiMoV2ASR model family
- resolve
mlx-community/MiMo-Audio-Tokenizer from mlx_manifest.json
- document the model in the Swift package README
