Removes a broken/non-existent documentation reference from the Azure Core Test Proxy migration guide, keeping the guide accurate and free of dead links.
Changes:
- Deleted the “After recordings are moved…” sentence that referenced
TestProxyMigration.md. - Removed the now-unused
[test_proxy_migration]link reference from the bottom of the document.
