Pipeline for analysis of calcium imaging from Zeiss timelapse (.czi)

#1 Use calcium_frequency_export.ijm.ijm to obtain relation of fluorescence intensity as a function of time.
#2 Use https://github.com/tensionhead/pyBOAT (guide how to do it here: https://github.com/tensionhead/pyBOAT/blob/master/doc/guide.md) to obtain Y_avWalvelet for each of the analyzed images
#3 Use calcium_wavelet_pipeline.py to analyze Y_avWalvets. Output is table with frequency (and bpm) for each analzyed .czi image
#4 Use boxplot_frequency.py to generate boxplot
