On small screens, and Installations with many admin menu items, the lower menu items can't be reached.

Maybe the admin menu should be scrollable.

Yeah. @sascha-karnatz is already working on this. See linked PR. Can you verify that this works as expected? Which version(s) do we need to back port this to?
