Advanced Licensing - linux-x86 and win-x86 Shared Object Issues

Noticed some issues with the x86 shared objects in SciChartLicenseServer.zip.

• linux-x86/native/libSciChartLicenseServer.so

  • this appears to be a 64-bit ELF

• win-x86/native/SciChartLicenseServer.dll

  • this appears to be missing the ABI references to the C and C++ functions - I see only C# and SWIG references

Sorry for the delay on this. We have just updated the zip with a fixed linux-x86 dll and some more architectures supported, including MacOS for apple and intel silicon. They should all have the same APIs.
