I'm running this command,
NanoPlot -t 8 --verbose -o /path/to/output/folder -p Prefix -f jpg --fastq /path/to/input/A.fastq.gz
even though I'm getting jpg files of the graphs, but the respective html files are blank. I'm getting a report too without the graphs, only shows the stats.
