experiment: use typedoc's own html instead of markdown

checking how netlify will handle the pages on public. Locally we need to append html but the either one of: astro, starlight, sidebar-topics, something else, is removing it

• fix links to the page (around 43 links)
• check index page
• find a way to display all pkgs on typedoc sidebar, then remove the index page
• maybe spin this up to be embedded in starlight instead of detached

at worst this pr can be used as a visual and structural reference as how the references pages should look like, what it should contain and how to display
