Adds copyright, preface, and intro sections in simplified Chinese. Will add other chapters in the same language later.
No plan is currently in place for adding traditional Chinese (as of Aug 2025). The reason is, to do so, we need to rephrase it to Hong Kong– or Taiwan-specific versions, then we would end up with three Chinese versions. This makes it too messy for early-stage development.
