I forgot, I can't use the `Map.set` call for out of bounds sets
So the modulus logic probably isn't the wrong spot
At the end of the day, looping over every cell to find the elves is going to hurt. I'd need to keep a separate list of Elf cells and just loop over those.

InfiniteGridis fairly handy here, except when it comes to part 2. There, its inability to loop through specific cells is obvious, as part 2 takes a long time. I need to loop over my entire grid every time, when really all I should be doing is looping overELFcells. Oh well, still takes less than 10 seconds so fast enough for me!
