This does a better job of formatting the commit message.
Zenodo pays attention to the `CITATION.cff` file if it is present. This means it's better to remove the `.zenodo.json` file because it's unnecessary.
This adds affiliations to all the authors. It will not be of use for things like the BibTeX output produced by GitHub, but Zenodo will pay attention to it (at the next upload to Zenodo).

This adds affiliations to all the authors in
CITATION.cff. The affiliations will not be of use for things like the BibTeX output produced by GitHub, but Zenodo will pay attention to it (at the next upload to Zenodo).This also removes
.zenodo.json. It turns out that Zenodo pays attention to the cff file, and so the.zenodo.jsonfile is unnecessary.
