Create a example howto use affix

Its a usecase to have a affix add button or at least have a simple chance to put it to the bottom

I've been checking this post every couple of days hoping some dev or user (with better knowledge than me) might have answered it. I am only a starter/newbie in Web-based programming, for that matter to the very field of programming itself as this is my first ever software project. I've tried to figure it out myself but in vain. If I am not asking for too much, can some one help to show a better way to deal with my use case ?
