Latest stable build not working for planes with DSM (Auto) protocol

I have a RadioMaster tx16s Mark 2 and my 17 aircraft fleet have been successfully flying on the .31 version. I upgraded to the latest stable version of .63 and what I found was on .63 after upgrading is my planes on DSM x2f protocol lost functionality in their rudder channel as it was not proportional to my stick movements and would freeze and that the motor actually sounded like it was a transmission and it wasn't a smooth transition from no power to full power. It was almost like it was shifting gears up and down. I share this in case it can help somebody else. I have downgraded back to .31 and everything works just fine. How many channels are configured on the TX side?
If you have set 12 channels, can you retry the latest version with 11 channels?

I actually switched the channels down to 8 channels which were the minimum number of channels for the three aircraft that I used for debugging. Would you like me to attempt to debug with specifically 11 channels or just any channels less than 12? My three different aircraft that I tested with 8 channels continued to fail.

I just tested version .69, with my EFLite UMX Ultra Slow Stick (the small one), with the exact same DSM protocol settings you listed above (those happen to be my normal settings) - and everything is functioning normally for me.

Which DSM RX are you using specifically? Is it a build in one, like the one the UMX have, or a standalone?

I've noticed my UMX Stick over time has gotten a bit louder, not quite as smooth, and I think the linear servos are wearing out a bit, confusing the FC at times...so I have to turn SAFE off, and fly with AS3X only, before the plane tries flying itself into the ground >.<
