About a year ago, I created this bug report for Thunderbird about a nearly empty email (e.g. an email without any header information) being sent out when that email includes a long subject. That long subject includes many sequential closing parentheses, which might be part of the issue.
The conclusion there was that this problem was caused by a bug in jsmine. At the time, I thought would someone else would follow up with the jsmine project about this issue. As far as I can tell, that never happened.
Is someone here able to reproduce this behavior directly in jsmine?
