The mobile example depends on navigation and native polyfills that do not run on macOS. This PR adds a desktop application that shares the SQLite, TypeORM, vector-search, SQL console, and benchmark screens with the mobile app.
The workspace keeps React Native macOS dependencies separate from the mobile versions. Its CLI workaround uses the Apple dependency resolver, limits autolinking to the five supported native packages, and preserves explicit macOS exclusions. Shared Babel aliases and TypeScript project references remain available to the shared screens and tests.
Depends on #298 through its upstream mirror branch. The application targets macOS 14; the library deployment range is tracked in #336.
Desktop integration testing and CI are reviewed separately in #352.
The standalone example produces a production Metro bundle. The complete desktop stack also passed a Debug build and an integration run with 83 passing tests.
