Feature: Add QR Code Generator Utility

Hello,

I would like to contribute a new utility script that generates a QR code from user-defined data and saves it as a PNG file in the user's Downloads folder.

This script is a self-contained utility and is well under the #100LinesOfCode limit. I believe it would be a productive addition to the repository.

May I proceed with creating a Pull Request for this?

QR code generator sounds like a great addition. Make sure it's under 100 lines and includes a README with usage instructions. If it needs an external library (like qrcode), list that in the README too. Looking forward to it!
