i don't know what keeps messing with some of this stuff.
remove edd refs
move this table to a more appropriate place.
I realized a couple things: 1. i need to check some of the wait stats compatible stuff after checking if wait stats are actively collected 2. i was missing some columns from the @new section in the #query_hash_totals temp table
sp_QuickieStore: @utc_offset_string nvarchar(max) changed to nvarchar(6)
starting cleanup of sample time column for table logging
remove sorting column from table logging
