Fixes all 569 broken links reported by Docusaurus (542 came from the cscli breadcrumb in
src/sectionMap.ts) and a misspelled Cloudflare image path, then setsonBrokenLinks: "throw"so new broken links fail CI and deploys.Links to the missing Organizations page are removed. Conflicts with #1153 on the
onBrokenLinksline ofdocusaurus.config.ts(keep both changes); the merged result builds with zero broken links.
