Goal
Remove test scenario failure Bugsnag API key from the e2e tests.
Design
This key was used to report test failures to a separate Bugsnag dashboard. This is no longer needed now that we have Buildkite TestAnalytics.
Testing
Covered by a basic CI run with one set of e2e tests triggered.
