Summary

Add concise patch notes and a visual demo for the current GTSFM Studio v0.0.2 draft stack.

Changes

  • document the browser workspace, curated samples, automatic format detection, setup checks, and preset-aware Hydra controls
  • include the user-authored Hydra configuration demo GIF
  • optimize the GIF from 65 MB at 3028×1970/50 fps to 14 MB at 1200×781/10 fps while preserving its full 56.7-second duration

Why

This gives reviewers and collaborators a quick overview of the Studio workflow without mixing release communication into the implementation PRs.

Validation

  • verified the GIF dimensions, frame count, and duration with ffprobe
  • verified the Markdown asset path
  • git diff --check passed

Stack

Depends on the Hydra configuration draft and targets studio/hydra-configuration; this PR contains documentation assets only.

is this useful / up-to-date? im assuming the UI is going to change quite a bit as we are building this. isnt it too early to add a GIF example?
