I don't know if this is realistically possible, but perhaps. I've been trying to find a tick / check and 'cross' icon within FontAwesome, but have been struggling a little in the docs. It'd be amazing if I could type something like "yes" or "positive" in to the icon search, and get a list of icons that could be taken to mean those things (check, check in a circle, thumbs up, ..). That'd be incredibly useful.
I know it's more a FontAwesome thing than a SemanticUI thing, but it'd just be incredibly helpful.
Keep up the good work by the way, I'm a long time fan of your documentation. It's so easy to find what I want generally ...
