Create a Static Group of Policy Failures (Probably an RCC Pro Feature)

Develop a feature that uses web scraping to aggregate policy failures into a static group. The same functionality could later be extended to configuration profiles and other log sources.

Proposed Checklist:

• Implement web scraping for policy failure logs.
