On the 'Which site is it?' page, have updated the details link so it is no longer conditional based on permissions, but showing the same content irrespective of a user's permissions.

I've updated the content of the details links on 3 pages in the record journey. As agreed, I've simplified it. Previously the exact msg was conditional based on user permissions but I've made it 1 msg irrespective of permissions. This is content that is not yet live but which I'm going to include on another 'small content changes' ticket for devs to pick up. |

Thanks @benjystanton just noticed (as I was doing the Jira ticket for this) that I've been inconsistent about full stops. So am going to add full stops to the details content on 'Search for the patient' and 'Continue with no NHS number'. And I'll merge once I've done that. |
