This DTT gets introduced quite suddenly - how does it relate to what's been written about so far?

Could these alts work a bit harder? Perhaps go with a figure and do more to write out what they're communicating?

| ## What is the future work? |

This is a bit confusing with references close by to "future vision"... what does it mean? Is it work that is planned in for the future in general, or is it connected to the future vision specifically?
|
Just some notes: Phase 1 and Phase 2 carry through the whole essay, so is it worth upping the importance of their introduction? Just something like H3s....? This might be a personal obsession, but it feels like the reading skips between past, present, and future tense in a way that could be a bit odd? |

| People who want more guided support but cannot access in-person services for any reason do not have an NHSE digital service to use. |

Needs a bit more clarity? What does "NHSE digital service" actually represent? Or is it more "if you can't go in person there is often no alternative"?

I guess my overall question would be... what's different? What makes an NHSE digital service different from
• in-person NHSE services via routes like their pharmacy or GP
• digital apps
• work out a plan on their own
?

| To create a digital pathway for tobacco cessation that helps people quit smoking while accessing the support they need, with a particular focus on those currently underserved by in-person services. |

I think the same here as above. It might be hard to detail, but it's hard to grasp what this brings to the party?
