CCM-13475: Resolve fast-xml-parser security vulnerability

Description

This PR updates fast-xml-parser to a non vulnerable version after Trivy started failing the pipeline. The package is a transitive dependency, so the update is applied via an npm override.

node_modules and package-lock.json were regenerated to apply the override
