[NDR-421] Simplify references to workflow inputs

Description

In the .github/workflows directory, change all occurrences of f 'github.event.inputs' to 'inputs'

Context

We have many workflows that use the syntax 'github.event.inputs' to reference passed in variables.
These work fine for 'workflow_dispatch' methods (ie, when the workflow is triggered from the console).
They do not work if called from a 'workflow_call' method (ie. when a workflow is called from another workflow) - They would contain empty or null values.

This can lead to unexpected behavior if a workflow is modified to by callable from another workflow.

This can easily be remedied by changing all occurrences of 'github.event.inputs' to 'inputs'
