This allows the users of this component to customise which items are shown. We need this as we want to customise which items are shown on each page. Jira-Issue: MAV-2570
This removes the warning about children missing NHS numbers on the "Record vaccinations" tab on the session page. This is because it's not the responsibility of nurses (who use this page) to add missing NHS numbers. Jira-Issue: MAV-2570
