Allow consent and triage to be managed from patient programme record

Patient programme

• When a child is eligible and due a vaccination, show links to manage consent and triage. Each card shows a description for child’s current consent and triage status.

Patient programme → Consent

• Show any requests that have been sent (this is existing functionality in the prototype that has yet to make it to production)
• If a request has a response, replace it with said response
• Show expired consent responses on this page, below open consent requests and responses
• This page is mostly the same as the equivalent consent section on a patient session

Patient programme → Triage

• Show any answers to health questions
• Show option to add/update triage outcome
• This page is mostly the same as the equivalent sections on a patient session

Patient session

• When a session is complete, link to a patient’s record page, not a patient session page (which can now be archived)
• Any outstanding consent and triage can be managed from a patient’s respective programme page
