Fixed the Allure report link in the workflow summary to point to the current run-specific path instead of the GitHub Pages root.
Increased Allure report retention from the default to keep_reports: 100 to preserve historical run reports longer.
This resolves the issue where “View Report” always opened the latest report and older run links returned 404 sooner due to pruning.
