Most effects shown in gifs don't appear in example scenes.

I'm having the same failed to load error if anyone knows how to fix this please help

Edit: I fixed the issue by deleting XRSettings.asset

I also have this same problem, and I downloaded version 2020.3.42f1 that a YouTuber used and made a tutorial using this package and I still have the same error
