Extract the ssx event chain into a standalone function, and add a second exposure set to each event chain when running in checkerboard mode (which itself is only enabled when in pump-probe mode).

This should enable the autoprocessing to automatically split dose series/checkerboard collection.

Extract the ssx event chain into a standalone function, and add a
second, unpumped XrayDetection group when collecting with a checker
pattern - offset past the end of the pumped group.
