Licensing issue with Debian package update #2544

Description

@sudipm-mukherjee

I was trying to update the Debian package to v8.0.6.
But got blocked by a new lintian check.

E: ace source: license-problem-old-unicode [debian/copyright]
N:
N: The following file includes material under an old, non-free license from
N: Unicode Inc. Therefore, it is not possible to ship this in main or
N: contrib.
N:
N: The problematic license contains the text "Unicode, Inc. hereby grants the
N: right to freely use the information supplied in this file in the creation
N: of products supporting the Unicode Standard", which is non-free because it
N: prohibits the use of the code in products that do not support the Unicode
N: standard.
N:
N: Unicode relicensed their files in 2004 with a DFSG license, but some
N: programs that incorporated the code prior to that never updated their
N: license text. There is information in the associated bug report about how
N: projects have appropriately updated the licence.
N:
N: Please refer to Bug#854209 for details.
N:
N: Visibility: error
N: Show-Always: no
N: Check: cruft
N: Renamed from: license-problem-convert-utf-code

Its from these 3 files:
ace/UTF32_Encoding_Converter.cpp
ace/UTF16_Encoding_Converter.cpp
ace/UTF16_Encoding_Converter.inl

Is it possible to update the license of these 3 files please so that I can update the Debian package.
