New features were added to v4.8 and then rebased onto v4.10:
Tab Coloring
Colorizes SSMS document tabs based on configurable connection rules (server, database, login).
Rules are managed in Settings.
Snippet Manager
A snippet manager with variable substitution, similar to Redgate SQL Prompt.
Snippets are stored locally and accessible from the toolbar.
Auto Select Query (Shift+F5)
Automatically selects the SQL statement under the cursor before execution, removing the need to manually select queries.
