Winapps doesn't detect an installed application

i'm trying to run an application called Tidal with winapps, i installed it in the windows VM but winapps doesn't detect it, and even running the winapps manual command doesn't start the app

EDIT: the problem was the native freerdp packages was v2 so it didn't work, installed as a flatpak and it works not, but the app (and all the other apps for that matter) have all sorts of visual glitches
