No RDP session is opening apart from the default RDP session

The default RDP session when run though Windows desktop entry works fine.
But any other app is not opening properly from Linux's App launcher or CLI.
Sometimes, all the earlier attempts to open the apps open all at once.

Running Kubuntu 22.04 with Podman and Windows 11.

Running the full blown Windows setup in a separate virtual desktop works fine but is not obviously ideal.

Hey! So, I had a similar issue, but maybe it also helps, see #751. I solved it by changing the flags in the config. Be aware though, I asked AI to do this, because I don't know much about xfreerdp, so I'd suggest you make a backup or whatever.
So, apparently, the problem is the syntax the config is written in, because it's for xfreerdp2, while by default you get xfreerdp3. I replaced the old RDP_FLAGS entry, that contained "/cert:tofu /sound /microphone +home-drive", to the new one:
RDP_FLAGS="/cert:ignore /sound:sys:alsa /mic /network:auto +home-drive /gfx:avc444"
And I also replaced the FREERDP_COMMAND entry from "" to "xfreerdp3", just to be sure.
