Vorssaint is a free and open source project, looked after on a best effort basis. There is no support contract and no promised response time, though every issue and question gets read and appreciated.
Before you reach out, the documentation below answers most of what comes up, and the troubleshooting guide covers the usual fixes.
Open the bug report form from the new issue page. Please bring your Vorssaint version from Settings under About, your macOS version, and clear steps to reproduce. The notes on reporting a useful bug spell out what helps.
Open the feature request form from the same new issue page. Describe the problem you want solved rather than only a specific solution, since that makes the need much clearer. You can also browse and back existing ideas in the open issues.
Please keep security vulnerabilities out of public issues. The security policy explains how to share them privately.
