update due to the latest gohugo versions

Thanks for your work about the type-theme

gohugo updated the language object and deprecated some versions of the language tags.

E.g.:

WARN  deprecated: .Language.LanguageCode was deprecated in Hugo v0.158.0 and will be removed in a future release. Use .Language.Locale instead.

The typo user shall download two files from tofran/typo into the the local project:

• layouts/_default/baseof.html
• layouts/partials/opengraph.html

Further he has to update the language tags in both html files.

Wouldn't it be nice if the code was changed yet?
