Ballistic excitons - Montecarlo simulation of ballistic transport of excitons in transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs). This work has been done using this. The paper was published in Nature Nanotechnology, 18 (9), 1012-1019 (DOI).

Fourier interpolation - Python function that interpolates any given 1D araay using fourier series.
2D line on a pixel grid - Python function to approximate a 2D line on a discrete grid.
Winding number - Calculates the winding number of a polygon around a pole.
Seesaw derivative - Derivative of a function that preserves the mid values.

cntt - Calculates electronic, exciton and optical properties of single wall carbon nanotubes.
ndplot - Generates an interactive n-dimensional plot from a collection of images.
qeflow - Manages and run custom quantum espresso workflows.
transfer matrix method - Computes absorption, reflection, transmission of light trough materials at normal incidence using a 4x4 transfer matrix formalism.
ballistic transport - Calculates the diffusion profile of a particle moving ballistically in 2D.
plasmonic hot electrons - Calculates the energy distribution of hot carriers in plasmonic nanoparticles as a function of external illumination, nanoparticle size and environmet.
