Pimalaya is free software, funded entirely by grants and donations.
75+ repositories including 15+ apps and 30+ libraries, across 4 domains (email, contacts, calendars, time). Most of that count is the layer nobody sees, I/O-free Rust libraries written from the RFCs up, and it is most of the work.
All of it is free software, MIT or Apache-2.0. No paid tier, no telemetry, no gate. That is not going to change, and no amount of sponsorship unlocks anything, because there is nothing locked.
What it costs is time, and time is exactly what grants and donations buy. Every hour on a protocol edge case, a provider's quirk, a bug you reported, exists because somebody funded it. Sponsorship is what turns your use of these tools into more of those hours.
If Pimalaya handles your mail, your contacts or your calendar, you are already relying on that time.
This is where you fund it.

Select🧗 Ascent
For teams and companies whose tooling runs on this code.
Providers change their servers without warning, and someone has to keep the clients working against them. This tier is what pays for that someone to exist.
Your logo and link on pimalaya.org, and a direct line to me on Matrix rather than the public issue tracker, for when a provider breaks something you depend on.

Select🏔️ Summit
For companies that would rather this ecosystem still be maintained in five years.
Named support of everything, from the CLI tools down to the protocol libraries underneath them.
Your logo at the top of the README of the flagship repositories, where every visitor lands first. That header holds a limited number of logos, and it is first come.
And if you want it, half an hour with me when you join: what you are building, what Pimalaya gets wrong for you, what you need next. No slides, no pitch.
